Document Description
Caltrans proposes replacements for an extinguishable message sign (EMS), five signal heads, nine flashing beacons on existing structures and the weight in motion (WIM) scale, loops, and conductors at the Interstate-15 Rainbow California Vehicle Enforcement Facility (CVEF) in Riverside County in between Postmile (PM) R0.600 and PM R1.400. The work would include the replacement of underground cables by using existing underground conduits, electronic equipment in existing controller cabinets, and vehicle detection in the existing roadway. All work would be inside of existing State Right of Way.
