This project is to modify a public works condition of approval based on the lower-intensity traffic pattern expected for the project, as vehicular activity will consist primarily of employee passenger vehicles, with no commercial or heavy truck traffic anticipated on Avenue 320. The requested modification does not compromise the integrity or conditions of approval for Special Use Permit PSP 20-069. This project will not increase roadway capacity. The direct beneficiaries are the driveway users.
