Document Description
Southern California Edison (SCE) has made a proposal to the San Bernardino County Fire Protection District (District) to provide underground and overhead electrical distribution easements on District property (APN 0239-054-19) in unincorporated San Bernardino County, totaling approximately 3,281 square feet (Parcel 1: 2,526 sq ft; Strip 1: 523 sq ft; Strip 2: 23 sq ft; Strip 3: 209 sq ft), as described in Exhibits A and B. The easements grant SCE the right to install, use, maintain, operate, repair, replace, and remove electrical and communication systems, including poles, wires, underground conduits, cables, vaults, manholes, fiber optic lines, and other necessary equipment. The purpose of the project is to provide SCE with legal access to maintain and operate electrical and communication infrastructure to ensure reliable power and communication services. The need is to secure uninterrupted access for operation and maintenance, support future system upgrades, and minimize conflicts with the Grantor's property use while complying with all applicable laws and safety standards.
