The approval of the contracts for sanitation and remediation removal and decontamination services (Services) are needed to augment the County of Orange resources. The Contract involves the maintenance and repair of broken water lines, leaking waste lines, toilet overflows, leaking roofs and other situations related to water intrusion remediation in County buildings to keep County agencies operational at all times in order to meet the needs of the public being served by that agency or department.
