Install underground broadband infrastructure, consisting of conduit, fiber optic cable, vaults, and markers on State Route 4 (SR 4) between post mile (PM) 14.7 and PM R30.4 and on SR 160 between PM L0.8 and PM L1.3 in Contra Costa County and on SR 160 between PM L0.0 and PM L1.3 in Sacramento County. This will provide the infrastructure necessary to connect to a third-party operated Last Mile Broadband Network which will bring internet connectivity to homes, businesses, and communities.
