Document Description
Civil and landscaping improvements to the approximately five-acre roadway center median of Auto Mall Parkway between Grimmer Boulevard and Fremont Boulevard. The project will remove blight and provide a visually attractive streetscape, including: a gravel maintenance path in the middle of the median; a maintenance band on the perimeter of the median; irrigation systems; planting of drought-tolerant shrubs and low-growing trees; bark, cobble, and boulder mulch; gentle sloping earthen berms no higher than three feet with no-mow grasses; stormwater treatment and retention areas; and various repairs and upgrades to the existing curbs, sidewalks, and curb ramps along the median.
