Document Description
The project consists of demolishing the existing archway structure located at the entrance to Spring Valley Lake. Work includes removal of the roof structure, stucco walls, columns, and below- grade footings, as well as clearing and grubbing of designated trees and shrubs. Minor grading and backfill will be performed to restore the site. Stonework accents, including boulders and cobble, will be installed to create a durable and low-maintenance gateway feature. All work will occur within the existing monument area and will not expand the footprint or change the use of the site.
