Document Description
The project consists of improvements along Faircourt Lane, which is approximately 691 feet in length, located between Fairmont Avenue and Concord Street and adjacent to the Verdugo Wash. The scope of work for improvements to the right-of-way includes: 1) removal of tree stumps and vegetation, 2) adjust existing manhole to grade, 3) remove existing ac pavement, base and subgrade and construct new 4” asphalt concrete over 4.5” aggregate base over compacted subgrade, 4) relocate street signs, 5) install white painted crosswalk and “STOP” marking at the Faircourt and Fairmont Avenue intersection, and 6) remove remnant two foot tall wooden power pole.
