This project is categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA pursuant to Title 14 CCR Section 15304, which exempts projects that consist of minor public or private alterations in the condition of land, water, and vegetation which do not involve removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees. This project will replace non-native plant species with native plant species that are both water efficient and fire resistant and no healthy, mature, scenic trees will be removed. Upon approval of the project, Conservancy staff will file a Notice of Exemption.
