Document Description
The Department of Cannabis Control, pursuant to authority granted under Business and Procession Code Division 10, Chapter 2, Section 26012, approved Cannabis Retail and Distribution Licenses submitted on 11/17/2025, by CATALYST - FOUNTAIN VALLEY LLC.
The proposed project will operate a retail and distribution license out of an existing facility located at 3400 W WARNER AVE, UNIT A& B, SANTA ANA, CA 92704 (APN 414-131-61). The applicant will store cannabis products for retail and distribution on a 2.84-acre parcel. Southern Cal Edison will provide energy and the City of Santa Ana will provided water to the site.
