Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed
Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-62046-R2, pursuant to
Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, California Department of
Transportation – District 3 (Permittee) as represented by Michael Oguro.
The project is limited to the lining, extension, and armoring of a culvert at PM 15.63 on SR 36.
The project is part of a larger rehabilitation effort that includes road reconstruction and
widening from PM 9.20 through PM 15.8 along SR 36 in Plumas County, and from PM 0.0
through PM 6.1 in Lassen County. Rehabilitation efforts also include shoulder widening, mill
and overlay of asphalt pavement, construction of medians and maintenance vehicle pullouts,
replacement of signs, and installation of two new loops near County Road A-13.
