Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-MEN-63495-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Antonio Aguilar representing Pacific Gas and Electric (Permittee). The Project is limited to eight (8) encroachments to rock armor existing ford crossings on unnamed tributaries to Howard Creek. Additional work includes minor grading and road approach improvements including placement of rock, as necessary to minimize erosion. Vehicles shall not be operated on the ford crossings when surface water is present.
