The City of Tulelake proposes improvements to the wastewater system. These plans will improve the City of Tulelake wastewater collection system.

The proposed project components are located at various locations throughout the incorporated areas of Tulelake, California, Siskiyou County. Total area of impact is approximately 7.3 acres. Some of these sites are located on public city property. Sewer lines are proposed on Sixth Alley from Modoc Avenue to F Street, Fifth Alley from Modoc Avenue to F Street, Fourth Alley from C Street to F Street, and the alley of Park St from G Street to Ridgeview St. Manholes are proposed at sixteen locations on public city property including the intersection of Modoc Avenue and Sixth Alley, intersection of E Street and Sixth Alley, intersection of F Street and Sixth Alley, intersection of Modoc Avenue and C Street, intersection of D Street and Fifth Alley, intersection of E Street and Fifth Alley, intersection of F Street and Fifth Alley, intersection of Siskiyou Street and C Street, intersection of Park Street and G Street, intersection of Park Street alley and G Street and to the east of Ridgeview Street. Two proposed lift stations are located at the intersection of Siskiyou Street and C Street and Park Street and G Street. A headworks screening facility is located on one parcel (APN 050-051-010) adjacent to the Tulelake Waste Water Treatment Plant located east of Dean Callas Way. The project area is owned by the City of Tulelake and is in Township 48 North, Range 04 East, Section 35 of the Mount Diablo Meridian.
