Caltrans approves of the encroachment permit that the Outfront Foster Interstate to perform directional bore (under State overpass) to place new electrical conduit; and perform associated temporary traffic control activities; within State right-of-way, at post mile R23.1 on State Route 101 at Wagon Wheel Rd, in the City of Oxnard, County of Ventura. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 36 inches, an average width of 4 inches, and a maximum length of 420 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
