Document Description
The project includes construction of a new Control Building on the same site of Los Coyotes Water Reclamation Plant (LCWRP) Stage 2 PAC Building which will be demolished as part of the LCWRP PAC Replacement project currently in design. The new Control Building will be a single-story concrete masonry(CMU) building, approximately 7,600 square feet measuring 80 feet by 94 feet 8 inches. The proposed building will have cubicles, offices, lunchroom, training room, women's restroom & shower,men's restroom & shower, space for electrical / instrumentation and laboratory. The existing Control Building will be demolished after the new Control Building is constructed and commissioned. Asbestos abatement will be required before the building demolition. After the existing Control Building is demolished, the existing Control Building site and surrounding parking lot will be paved and reconfigured to provide parking spaces for LCWRP.
