CEMEX submitted Application # 28001 to increase the permitted sand throughput and allow aggregate throughput at the site’s barge conveyor (S-14). Specifically, Application # 28001 requests the following revisions at the barge conveyor (S-14):
• Sand by Barge (S-14). Increase in sand throughput at S-14 from 60,000 TPY to 235,572 TPY. Maximum daily sand throughput would be limited to 818 tons per day. Maximum hourly sand throughput will be limited to 69 tons per hour.
• Aggregate by Barge (S-14). Allow up to 153,803 TPY of aggregate at S-14. Maximum daily aggregate throughput would be limited to 535 tons per day. Maximum hourly aggregate throughput would be limited to 45 tons per hour.
