Secrets Unsealed Ministry (SUM) proposes to develop a church campus on approximately 47.8 acres of its 445.37-acre property in unincorporated Fresno County, southeast of the intersection of Tollhouse Road and Lodge Road, approximately 35 miles northeast of the City of Fresno. The proposed project would include construction of four church facility buildings, a caretaker residence, parking areas, landscaping, utilities, and related infrastructure. The remainder of the property would remain undeveloped.
