Document Description
A project to permanently protect 1,645 acres of intact grassland, oak woodland, and riparian habitat through the acquisition of two contiguous conservation easements in eastern San Luis Obispo County south of the Highway 46 Corridor Improvement Project. The project will retire most residential development rights, prohibit intensive uses, and preserve the high-quality wildlife habitat and grazing land into perpetuity.
