The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SAC-61864-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Ori Bytton. The project is limited to the removal of riparian trees on both the bluff of the American River and on a ravine connecting to the river, installation of erosion control on the bluff, the grading of the bank of the ravine to reopen and widen an existing pathway, and the replanting of riparian trees in the ravine.
