Document Description
The proposed project is a request for a Minor Variance to the required 10-foot Side Interior Setback for a portion of an existing storage structure to continue the encroachment within the required setback by five (5) feet. South Lake Tahoe City Code Section 6.55.400 states no person shall enlarge a noncomplying building in any manner which increases its noncompliance. The applicant will bring the structure closer to conformity within the side interior setback and the structure will continue to operate as a non-residential storage area.
