The project will construct a three-story, 101,971-square foot building containing a 77,533-square foot manufacturing area and an attached 24,438-square foot Central Utility Building to assist with existing operations on the Intel Campus. The development will include clean rooms for manufacturing, manufacturing support spaces, tool data servers, electrical and power equipment, storage areas, lobby space, restrooms, fire suppression and safety equipment, a semiconductor manufacturing/fabrication facility, information technology/server equipment to power and control the manufacturing process, chillers, cooling towers, process water and air, pumps and piping, emergency backup generators, and other mechanical equipment.
