Document Description
Caltrans approves the encroachment permit for Smuggler to film an AT&T, TV commercial. The filming will take place underneath LA-105 (PM R2.01) at Caltrans Maintenance Yard (5200 W. Imperial Highway), in the City of Los Angeles. Activities will include exterior scenic shots and dialogue scenes within the yard, featuring background extras and a stationary picture car in a simulated crowded emergency scenario with a vehicle stuck in, and drone filming (per Unmanned Aerial Systems motion plan activities). No ground disturbance will be necessary. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
