The Loan Agreement for the Use of PLHA Program Funds for $500,000 will be used to pay a portion of the construction costs for Arroyo Crossing I Apartments located at 47557 Jefferson St, in the City of Indio on 5.57 acres of land identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 600-020-016. The Project consists of 184 units, including 2 manager's units, consisting of 22 studio units, 51 one bedroom units, 56 two-bedroom units, and 55 three-bedroom units. Amenities include a community building with a leasing office and lounge, spacious community room with kitchen, fitness center, and restrooms. Under the County's PLHA program, 89 units will be restricted to low and very low income households. Those will be restricted for a period of at least 55 years from the recordation of the Notice of Completion.
