Document Description
The applicant, Southern California Edison (SCE), under Encroachment Permit 12-26-6-US-0003, proposes removal and replacement of a deteriorated utility pole 4055193E on westbound State Route 90 (SR-90) Imperial Highway, a principal arterial in the City of Brea, Orange County. The replacement pole will be installed in the same hole set and in line with the existing overhead alignment, on the sidewalk along SR-90 at Postmile (PM) 6.561 at approximately 4 feet from the edge of traveled way (ETW) within the State right-of-way. No vegetation removal is required. The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated pole. The total Disturbed Soil Area is unknown. The work proposed by the applicant will occur within Caltrans right-of-way. No new right-of-way is required.
