Document Description
The goal of the project is to restore Dampierre Park facilities to its pre-flood function within the existing footprint. The proposed work consists of the following activities: installation of 350 CY of Class II ¾” minus aggregate base rock within existing parking areas and removal and replacement of 12 wooden bollards as parking wheel stops.

The proposed project would be categorically exempt from environmental review under CEQA because it involves the repair of existing parking facilities with no expansion of existing or former use (Class 1: Existing Facilities), the replacement of existing parking facilities within the same site and would have the same purpose and capacity as the existing facilities (Class 2: Replacement or Reconstruction), and the minor alteration of land with a slope of less than 10 percent (Class 4: Minor Alterations to Land).
