The project is exempt because it consists of the repair and maintenance of an existing public facility (the communication hubs, and repair pump plant) used to provide communication services. Work involves negligible or no expansion of the existing use and does not result in a significant effect on the environment. All work will be performed within Caltrans/Public Right of Way. No work will take place beyond Form adapted from Appendix E of the CEQA Guidelines August 2024.
