Document Description
Heavy rainfall resulted in significant increased runoff and sediment/debris flows which have currently and historically eroded, washed out and inundated roadways, public infrastructure, residences, other real property, and entire communities within the Mojave, Sonoran, and other southern California desert communities, posing an imminent threat to life and property. Project includes, but is not limited to, in-kind structural/ appurtenant structure repairs, and excavation/removal of accumulated sediment, debris, and rocks from roadways and adjacent flow paths along National Trails Highway in SB County DPW Transportation Yard 10, including but not limited to bridges 34, 40, 50, 54, 56, and 58, in, including but not limited to, the unincorporated communities of Lavic, Argos, Ludlow, Klondike, Bagdad, and Amboy, San Bernardino County. The proposed work does not involve in-water work within state or federally jurisdictional waters.
