Document Description
The County is experiencing large-scale illegal dumping on public right-of-way in the Antelope Valley. The illegal dump sites are primarily comprised of construction and demolition and other solid waste materials left on the shoulder of roads within rights-of-way. CalRecycle will assist the County by providing CalRecycle-managed remediation of these sites and the appropriate disposal of collected materials utilizing its remediation contractor.
