Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number LAK-60971-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, IIan Jablon. The project is limited to construction of a 10-foot by 20-foot motorized swim platform, a 5-foot by 40-foot pier, and a 3-foot by 30-foot gangway. The platform and piers will be supported by a total of eight 10-inch diameter steel pilings, driven using a drop hammer method with a soft start. The pier will be attached to an existing seawall, no shoreline vegetation will be removed. The project does not include digging or drilling. All construction activities will be performed on the lake with the use of pontoon boats and barge. Existing launch facilities at 1 Clearlake Avenue will be used for loading materials and boat launching. The driveway of the property (12095 San Joaquin Avenue Ext) will also be used for staging materials.
