The Patterson Irrigation District (PID) is implementing the Delta-Mendota Sub-basin GSP. This includes taking action to fill data gaps within the PID, this includes drilling of Monitoring Wells to comply with the GSP. This NOE covers the construction and monitoring related activities for installing the monitoring wells in Patterson along the San Joaquin River to better understand Groundwater Interactions with the River and pumping occurring within PID.
