The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number SJN-64740-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brandie Krein/Mokelumne Village Homeowners Association. The project is limited to minor riverbank restabilization and safety repair along a short section of the Mokelumne Riverbank which has been damaged due to anthropogenic impacts. The work will entail re-contouring the existing disturbed bank area measuring approximately 500 square feet to address areas where the bank is compromised.
