Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency and is funding the Project referred to internally as Drinking Water Improvement Project. The components of the Project to be funded by the State Water Board include planning studies, information collection, distribution system sampling for asbestos, environmental documentation, property and design surveying, right-of-way evaluations, geotechnical investigations, hydrogeological evaluation, installation of a groundwater test well, and a financial audit. Additional documentation to be developed includes an engineering report, drawings, specifications, bid documents, and a Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWSRF) construction funding application.
