Document Description
The County of Sonoma proposes to complete an emergency box culvert repair on Spencer Lane, near Franz Valley Road and Highway 128 on an unnamed tributary to Bidwell Creek (38.617291, -122.667270). The inside fill of the southeastern headwall has washed out to the bottom of the concrete box, undermining the road and a hole has opened on the roadway. The project scope includes backfilling the headwall with washed drain rock and repair of the roadway. Rock slope protection may also be used at the base of the headwall. Erosion and sediment BMPs will be used and installed at the worksite.
