Document Description
The proposed project will provide a rebate to any commercial or multi-family residential property within San Bernardino Valley's service area in exchange for converting their existing grass area to drought tolerant landscape. Residents or businesses at various properties in San Bernardino Valley's service area will remove existing high water use turf grass and install efficient landscape irrigation and drought tolerant landscape plant materials.
