Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. 1600-2016-0074-R5, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The project is limited to ongoing routine maintenance within eight maintenance areas and associated maintenance facilities located within or adjacent to portions of Bull Creek at the Joseph P. Jenson Filtration Plant. This amendment is to update the vegetation classes and amounts being impacted by annual maintenance activities, no other changes are proposed. Annual maintenance impacts to riparian habitat increase by 0.05 acres.
