Document Description
There is currently insufficient parking at NCTD's bus operations facility- east located in Escondido, California. NCTD acquired land immediately east of the operational facility and now seeks to improve the site as a transit serving parking lot. This project includes essential improvements to provide a safe and adequate parking area for NCTD buses, consisting of 21,000 SF surface pavement repairs, 800 LF perimeter fence replacement, and installation of 2 new light fixtures on existing poles and 2 light fixtures on existing block wall.
