The applicant is requesting approval of an Administrative Use Permit (AUP) to install a new unmanned wireless telecommunications tower (monopole) and supporting ground equipment. The request includes installation of a new 130-foot (ft.) stealth mono-Oak with nine (9) panel antennas, six (6) Radio Units, and three (3) equipment cabinets, one of which will contain a battery backup for any future power failures. All facility equipment will be contained within a 30 ft. by 30 ft. fenced lease area surrounded by 8 ft., chain link fence, located approximately 61 ft. from the nearest property boundary.
