A Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) was prepared and a Notice of Determination (NOD) filed for the Huff Energy Solutions Solar Project for two (2) approximately 3-Megawatt ground-mounted solar photovoltaic facilities on the same site resulting in approximately 6 Megawatts produced and covering a total of 13.22-acres of the parcel. The project site for PSP 25-060 is a 5.72-acre portion of the northwest corner of the forty (40) acre parcel, and PSP 25-062’s project site covers a 7.5-acre portion of the
east side of the same forty (40) acre parcel.
