Document Description
The proposed Huff Energy Solutions Solar Project (Project) would construct and operate two (2) three (3) megawatt (MW) solar photovoltaic power generation facilities. PSP 25-060 is to be developed by DIG Energy, LLC, and PSP 25-062 will be developed by NEXTGEN Power Solutions, LLC. The project site is a total of 13.22-acres, PSP 25-060 covers a 5.72-acre portion and PSP 25-062 covers a 7.5-acre portion of a 40-acre parcel located in the AE-80 (Exclusive Agricultural – 80 Acre Minimum) Zone. The property is within the Rural Valley Lands Plan with a Land Use Designation of Valley Agriculture. The surrounding properties around the project site are also zoned AE-80, and the site is within the USGS 7.5 Minute Allensworth Quadrangle. It is anticipated that the life of the proposed Project will be 30 years. In addition to the description above, the applicant will prepare a reclamation plan to be implemented after the Project ceases operation.
