Document Description
As part of the R2S2 Next Gen contract, Tyler Communications, Inc. (TCI) will install wi-fi sensors at Hearst San Simeon State Historical Monument and at bus loading area to monitor visitors and staff in order to deter theft and enhance public safety. All installed devices are removable and will not permanently affect historic fabric. Work will: -In landscaped areas excavate to a depth and width of 12 inches and up to 150 feet in length, for low voltage electrical cable extensions; -Install up to 200 feet of new conduit; -Install up to five (5) new electrical outlets or junction boxes; -Install thirteen (13) blue tooth readers at predetermined locations around the monument and bus loading area; -Install eight (8) wireless access points at predetermined locations to extend wi-fi range; and -Mount readers and access points on existing conduits, light poles, electrical boxes, outlets, foundation walls, planter walls, or new posts, new conduit, new electrical boxes, or new outlets.
