The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-SON-61196-R3 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Daniel Falk, representing Richardson Ranch LLC.
The Project is limited to installation of a temporary crossing on an existing skid trail at map point TC on a Class II watercourse as denoted in the approved 1-25-00099-SON “Lucas Point” THP.
