Document Description
During the December 2025 storm events, the guardrail at the southwest approach of the Oasis Road Bridge over the California Aqueduct in the Phelan area was damaged and washed out, along with a portion of the adjacent roadway pavement. This project will be completed in coordination with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) and will include removal of failed guardrail components, installation of new guardrail meeting current safety standards, and restoration of the affected roadway. The project will restore roadway safety at the bridge approach.
