Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-60471-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to FirstService Residential as represented by Jolynn Nelson. The project is limited to the repair and replacement of a damaged steel column with cast-in-place concrete, the in-kind replacement of a steel diagonal, repairs to damaged welds, and site preparation work including the installation of a suspended debris catchment and the clearing of vegetation necessary to facilitate worker access. Workers will access and carry materials to the repair locations by foot from the southwest bank. No heavy equipment will be operated from below top-of-bank. Vegetation will be cleared to create an access route for workers. No trees will be removed as part of the project.
