The Project would install new sidewalks and a retaining wall as well as relocate traffic signals, streetlights, crosswalks, ADA compliant ramps, sidewalks, and curb and gutter within the ROW. Some utilities within the ROW would also be relocated as part of the widening. Financing for the design and ROW acquisition would come from local funds.
