The Project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA pursuant to Section 15306 (Class 6 Information Collection) of the CEQA Statutes and Guidelines, as it involves preparation at a Water Treatment Pilot Study and soil percolation testing studies to evaluate fluoride treatment process at District wells and provide a summary of findings.
