Document Description
License agreement between County of San Diego and the San Diego Gas & Electric Company for the non-exclusive use of the Lake San Marcos Peak Sheriff’s Public Safety Communications Facility for placing, maintaining, and removing communications equipment. The licensed premises consists of a 165 square feet telecommunication room, Global Positioning System antenna on the existing ice bridge, mounts for two microwave antennas and six panel antennas on the existing 28-foot radio tower and mounts for four omni antennas and two microwave antennas on the existing 150-foot radio tower. The license also grants the right of ingress and egress using an existing access road. The license term is ten years and expires on January 31, 2036.
