Document Description
The Project is funded by the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) through REAP 2.0 that supports state objectives to integrate housing, transportation, and climate goals by developing a countywide clean mobility hub network. The project involves improvements to an existing mobility hub improvements within existing public rights-of way to enhance access to the Transit Station and provide amenities to increase clean mobility options for users. Major improvements includes enhanced pedestrian crossings, wayfinding signs, shelter canopy, bus shelters, improved drop off and pick up area, electric vehicle charging stations, bike amenities, tables/benches and lighting

The project consists of minor alterations and improvements within existing public rights-of-way, including installation of small scale transportation infrastructure, signage, and related accessory features that support multimodal access. The improvements do not result in expansion of use beyond existing conditions and will not have a significant effect on the environment.
