The Project would result in a density of 16.76 dwelling units per acre. The Project includes 6,031 square feet of common open space, 179 parking spaces, and approximately 30,309 square feet (16.4% of the site) of landscaping with 24-inch and 36-inch box trees, 15-gallon trees, various shrubs, and groundcover.
