Document Description
The Shell Reef CXT was recently replaced following structural damage and now sits higher than the original grade, resulting in the existing parking pad and sidewalk being non-accessible. The existing concrete parking pad and sidewalk will be demolished, removed, and replaced in the existing footprint. Additional road base will be placed around the building to match the new grade. Following work, one van accessible parking pad and access aisle (approximately 30' long by 20' wide), and sidewalk (approximately 4' wide by 30' long) will be available. Two interpretive panels will also be replaced (two holes, approximately 24" diameter by 3' deep). Concrete will be used to anchor posts. All facilities will be ADA compliant.
