Document Description
Caltrans proposes to add lighting to both ends of Bridge #54-0815 on “D” Street overcrossing at PM 142.97 in the City of Needles, in San Bernardino County on Route 40. The purpose of this project is to enhance pedestrian safety at night by adding lighting to both approaches of the bridge. The project would add a new electrolier to the ends of the bridge. The work would include trenching and ground disturbance to install electrical conduits, pull boxes, and electrolier foundations in the dirt shoulders. All work would be done within the State Right of Way.
